A pair of vehicle magnets turns any car or truck into a rolling billboard for a fraction of the cost of a wrap – and they come off in seconds when the workday ends. Here is what to know before you order.

Pick a size that fits the panel

Measure the flattest section of your door and leave at least an inch of clearance from body lines, moldings, and mirrors. Our vehicle magnets come in five stock sizes from 12×18 up to 24×72 inches, and if none of them fit your panel, custom-size magnets can be cut to the exact dimensions you enter.

Design for a moving audience

Drivers behind you have about three seconds to absorb your message. Lead with what you do and one way to reach you – a phone number or short web address in letters at least 3 inches tall. Skip the full service list; a clean layout with strong contrast outperforms a crowded one every time.

Magnets only stick to steel

Before ordering, put a refrigerator magnet on your door. Many newer trucks, hoods, and some full vehicles use aluminum or composite panels where magnets will not hold. If the test magnet falls off, look at adhesive vinyl graphics instead – our wrap-grade adhesive vinyl handles curved panels.

Make them last

Remove magnets at least weekly, wipe both the magnet back and the door panel, and let both dry before reapplying. Trapped moisture and grit are what scratch paint and weaken magnetic grip. Store magnets flat or rolled print-side-out in a warm space – never folded. Treated this way, a 30-mil magnet lasts for years of daily use.
