How it works
Neon is genuinely custom, so it is quoted rather than priced off a calculator. Here is the whole process.

Send your artwork
Upload a logo, a sketch, or just describe what you want. Any format works - AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG or a phone photo of a napkin drawing.

Get a mockup and a price
We come back with a realistic render showing how your sign will look lit, at the size you asked for, plus a firm price. Usually within one business day.

Approve and we build it
Nothing goes into production until you say yes. Each sign is hand-formed, wired and tested, then shipped with tracking.

Why LED instead of glass
Classic glass neon looks the part, but it is fragile, runs hot, needs 3,000–15,000 volts and typically gives you 10,000 to 15,000 hours before a tube fails.
LED neon uses flexible tubing on an acrylic backing. It runs on low voltage, stays cool enough to touch, survives knocks that would shatter glass, and lasts roughly seven to ten times longer. It also bends tighter, which means fine lettering and detailed logos actually come out looking like your artwork.
Going outside? Ask for IP67
Standard neon signs are built for indoors. If your sign is going on a storefront, a patio, a rooftop bar or anywhere it will see weather, we spec the outdoor build instead - sealed backing, UV-resistant tubing and reinforced wiring, rated IP67 against rain and dust.
Same brightness, same warranty. Just tell us where it is going when you send your request and we will quote the right one.
How long it takes
Once you approve the mockup and pay, most signs are made and delivered within about 14 business days. That covers hand production and shipping, not just one or the other.
On a deadline? Expedited production cuts it to roughly 7 business days for an additional charge. Multi-colour logos and oversized formats can add a little time, and we will tell you the real date before you commit rather than after.
Sizes and pricing
Price depends on three things: how wide the sign is, how intricate the design is, and how many colours it uses. Simple text sits at the low end of each range, detailed multi-colour logos at the high end.

Most orders land in the 20–40 inch range. Bold block lettering costs less to form than thin script. Multi-colour and RGB colour-changing signs sit above single-colour. Every quote includes the sign, mounting hardware, dimmer remote and power adapter, with free shipping - there are no add-on fees at checkout.
What turns up in the box
Everything you need to hang it and use it. Most people have their sign on the wall in under five minutes.
Your sign on acrylic backing with pre-drilled mounting holes, a screw and dowel installation kit, a wireless dimmer remote with brightness and strobe settings, a power supply with a standard 120V plug, and instructions. All electronics are UL, CE, FCC and RoHS certified.
Questions we get asked
Is there a warranty?
Two years, covering the electronic components under normal use. Indoor signs are not rated for outdoor or wet locations - if that is where yours is going, ask for the IP67 outdoor build and we will spec it correctly from the start.
How long will the sign actually last?
The LEDs are rated for over 100,000 hours. Run it eight hours a day and that is more than thirty years of evenings; run it around the clock and you are still past eleven years.
What is it made of?
Flexible LED tubing mounted on a laser-cut acrylic backboard. Indoor signs use PVC and acrylic. Outdoor signs are fully enclosed acrylic with sealed wiring for the IP67 rating.
Does it need maintenance?
No. There is no gas to leak, no glass to crack and no bulbs to swap. It uses substantially less power than traditional glass neon, so it is cheaper to leave on.
Can you match my brand colours?
Usually. There are 18+ LED colours to work from and we will get as close to your brand palette as the tubing allows. For gradients or fine detail that tubing physically cannot bend into, we can UV-print directly onto the acrylic backing behind the neon.
What if my artwork is rough?
Send it anyway. A photo, a screenshot or a sketch is enough to start. Our design team rebuilds it properly and you approve the mockup before anything is produced.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email sales@getquicksigns.com with photos of the front and back and we will sort it out - repair, replacement or refund depending on what went wrong.
