By placing an order with Get Quick Signs you agree to these terms. They’re written in plain English because custom printing works best when everyone knows what to expect. Effective July 22, 2026.
Ordering & Artwork
Your Design. Printed As Submitted.
Your Artwork, Your Rights
By uploading artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely to produce your order. Your artwork always remains yours.
What You Submit Is What Prints
We review files for print readiness – resolution, size and color mode – but we don’t proofread spelling, dates, phone numbers or design content. Please double-check your file before ordering.
Sizes & Options
The size, material, quantity and finishing options you select in the builder are exactly what we produce. Review your cart carefully – you can edit any item from the cart before checkout.
Color Expectations
Screens display color in RGB; printing uses CMYK. Slight color variation between your monitor and the finished product is normal, and exact color matches aren’t guaranteed unless arranged in advance through our color matching service.
Production & Delivery
Fast Production, Honest Timelines.
- ✓ Production times are business-day estimates and begin once we have print-ready artwork and payment
- ✓ Orders ship via major carriers; free shipping applies as described on our Shipping & Returns page
- ✓ Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage or defects within 7 days with photos
- ✕ Once a package is with the carrier, transit delays are outside our control and transit times aren’t guaranteed
- ✕ We aren’t responsible for delays caused by artwork problems or unresponsive contact information
Returns & Cancellations
Custom Products, Clear Rules.
Custom Means Custom
Every product is made to order for you, so we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse, ordering errors or artwork mistakes in a correctly produced order.
Our Reprint Guarantee
If we get it wrong – a defect, production error or shipping damage – contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll reprint it or refund it. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before production begins. Once your job is on the press, it can no longer be cancelled.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay, plus any applicable taxes. Payment is due in full when ordering.

Acceptable Use
We may decline any order at our discretion, including content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or hateful. If we decline your order you’ll receive a full refund.
Intellectual Property
The Get Quick Signs website, brand and content belong to us and may not be copied. Customer artwork remains the property of the customer.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or missed events.
Governing Law & Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update them from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies. See also our Privacy Policy.
