The Information You Share With Us.
Everything we collect ties directly to making and delivering your order or responding to you.
Order & Contact Details
Your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and order history – provided when you place an order, create an account or send us a message.
Artwork Files
The design files you upload are stored on our server so we can review them and produce your order, and so you can reorder later. We never use your artwork for anything else without permission.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection – we never see or store full card details on our servers.
Site Usage
Like most websites we use cookies and analytics (such as Google Analytics) to see which pages are visited, keep your cart working, and improve the site. This data is aggregated and doesn’t identify you personally.

Production & Shipping Partners
Our production facility and shipping carriers receive your name, delivery address and artwork – the minimum needed to print and deliver your order.
Payment Processing
Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy and industry-standard (PCI DSS) security.
Website Services
Our hosting and analytics providers process data on our behalf to keep the site running securely.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information when required by law, court order or to protect against fraud or abuse.

Artwork Removal
Want your uploaded design files removed after your order ships? Just ask and we’ll delete them.

Children
Our services are for business and adult customers. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
