GetQuickSigns vs. FASTSIGNS: Online Builder or Local Franchise?
FASTSIGNS is a franchise network of full-service sign centers. That model brings real strengths: a human consultant, site surveys, permits, and professional installation for big storefront projects. It also brings the costs of that model – quotes instead of prices, project timelines instead of production clocks, and overhead built into every square foot.
Quick verdict
Choose FASTSIGNS when the job is an installed storefront project needing surveys, permits, and a crew. Choose GetQuickSigns when you know what you need and want it priced instantly, typically produced in 1–3 business days after artwork approval, and ships after production, with shipping calculated in the cart – typically at a fraction of full-service cost.

When FASTSIGNS makes sense
- Permanent installed signage: channel letters, monument signs, anything needing a permit or a bucket truck.
- You want a project manager to handle the whole thing on-site.
What GetQuickSigns offers
- No quote loop – the price is on screen as you build, order in minutes.
- Most standard printed signs take 1–3 business days after artwork approval. Shipping time is additional; bulk orders and special finishing may take longer. Shipping and handling are calculated for your complete order and destination. Eligible orders may receive free delivery, as shown before payment. Oversized, freight and specialty shipments may require a shipping quote.
- Every finishing option self-serve: grommets placed by click, contour cuts from our free CutFile Studio.
- Repeat orders in two clicks, with volume discounts applied automatically.
The franchise model earns its keep on installations. For everything that ships in a box, the online model is simply faster and leaner – and you keep the difference.
