Custom Blockout Fabric Banners

9.5 oz, three-ply, 100% polyester fabric with white front and back surfaces and an internal blockout layer. Single-sided dye-sublimation printing delivers rich color on a low-sheen surface that reduces glare from photographic flash.

• Custom sizes up to 8 × 150 feet, in either orientation.
• Hems use black or white thread selected to suit your graphic.
• #2 brass grommets, placed according to your selected finishing.
• Velcro finishing includes a sewn loop side and a matching adhesive hook strip.
• A 2-inch pole pocket fits a pole up to 1 inch in diameter. A 3-inch pocket fits a pole up to 1.5 inches in diameter.
• Pole pockets and Velcro require hems on all sides. Custom edge selections are confirmed before production.

• For production, provide a JPEG or single-page PDF in CMYK at 150 DPI at the final ordered size. The current upload limit is shown below the artwork selector.
• Outline fonts and convert spot colors to process colors.
• Set artwork to the full ordered dimensions, with no crop marks or added bleed.
• Keep important artwork away from pocket seams. A 2-inch or 3-inch pocket has a hemming line that far from the corresponding edge.

The on-screen preview is a layout guide. Keep your original production artwork for final approval.

Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry. A hand steamer may be used. Do not bleach, tumble dry or iron.

Processing takes 1–3 business days after artwork approval, then your banner ships via next-day service.
