Shipping charges and free-delivery eligibility

Shipping and handling are calculated for your complete order and destination. Eligible orders may receive free delivery, as confirmed in the cart or quote. An order total of $49 does not automatically qualify for free shipping. Standard builder orders below $49 start at $9.95 shipping and handling and may cost more. Oversized prints, freight, mixed product shipments and destinations outside the contiguous United States may require a shipping quote. Product-specific delivery offers are shown on the product page and confirmed before payment. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Ordering & Artwork

Browse our shop, choose your product, select your size, material and options, then upload your artwork right at checkout. Ordering is available online 24/7 from any device. Prefer to talk it through first? Call 657-566-0912.

Print-ready PDF or vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) give the sharpest results. High-resolution JPG, PNG or TIFF files at 150 DPI at final print size also work great. See our full Artwork Guidelines for the details.

Yes. Every file is reviewed by our team before production begins. If we spot a problem – low resolution, sizing issues, anything that would hurt the final result – we contact you before your sign is printed.

Absolutely. Tell us where the sign will be displayed, whether it will live indoors or outdoors and how long you plan to use it, and we will recommend the best material for your project – from premium acrylic to aluminum, PVC, Coroplast, banners and more.

Production & Shipping

Most standard printed signs take 1–3 business days after artwork approval. Shipping time is additional. Bulk orders and special finishing can take longer. Neon timing is confirmed separately. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

Yes. Get Quick Signs ships custom sign products to businesses, organizations and events in all 50 states.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships. For an update any time, contact our team with your order number, or call 657-566-0912.

Only before production begins – and because we move fast, that window is usually just a few hours. If you need to change or cancel, contact us immediately. Once a custom sign is in production it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Pricing, Returns & Support

Pricing depends on the product, dimensions, material, quantity and finishing options. Browse our shop for product pricing, or contact us with your project specifications for help.

Because every sign is custom made with your artwork, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. But we stand behind our work: if your order arrives damaged or has a printing defect, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will reprint it free. Full policy on our Shipping & Returns page.

Email sales@getquicksigns.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a free reprint and get a replacement moving right away.
